Customer Success Designer

Ceviant is a fast-paced fintech company that's always looking for talented designers to join our team. As a Customer Success Designer, you'll be responsible for leading the design of one of our products and working closely with our customer-facing teams to ensure our customers are getting the best possible experience.
What You'll DoThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, from designing new features to improving existing ones. You'll have the chance to collaborate with our engineering and product management teams to deliver world-class experiences for our customers.
You'll be expected to have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of delivering successful designs. You'll also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new features and experiences
- Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and standards
