Regional Account Manager - South London and South East England

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to optimize the adoption and utilization of Amgen's key Cardiovascular products within the General Medicine & Inflammation Business Unit? Do you have a proven track record of consistently high performance in hospital sales, preferably with Cardiovascular experience within this territory?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our dynamic team in South London and South East England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating clinical demand, facilitating local access, and engaging in formulary, pathway, and funding initiatives to ensure patient access to our promoted brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and drive cross-functional activities to ensure patient access to promoted brands
  • Identify needs, evaluate, develop, and commercialize external opportunities, and mitigate potential threats at the regional level
  • Conduct analysis and assessment of accounts to ensure an understanding of issues, key brand advocates, stakeholders, health priorities, commissioning, procurement activities, and/or regional networks
  • Input into the prioritization of customers to refine segmentation plans
  • Produce a plan of action to ensure achievement of account priorities and regional and national brand strategy

Requirements:

  • Degree educated, ideally in a scientific field and ABPI qualified
  • Proven track record of consistently high performance in hospital sales, preferably with Cardiovascular experience within this territory
  • Experience in selling Biologic and/or High Cost Specialty medicines preferred
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders across South London and South East England
  • Experience of securing formularies within the evolving NHS, developing patient pathways, and optimizing guidance
