Quality Assurance Manager

RBW Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of quality professionals in the implementation of quality management systems
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct audits and investigations to identify and correct quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business
- Provide training and coaching to quality team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role in a GMP environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyze complex quality issues and develop effective solutions
