Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of quality professionals in the implementation of quality systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure quality awareness and competence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a QA capacity, with a strong understanding of GMP regulations.
  • Leadership and management experience, with a track record of success in implementing quality systems.
  • Strong auditing and investigation skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
