Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in a GMP environment. Aseptic experience is beneficial, but non-sterile environments will also be considered. Leadership and management experience is preferred, as well as strong hands-on experience of a range of quality activities, especially in relation to QMS oversight.

Auditing experience is essential, and knowledge and experience of validation activities is also required. If you have been a lead auditor, this would be advantageous.

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a small team of quality professionals
  • Developing and implementing quality policies and procedures
  • Conducting audits and investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing training and coaching to quality team members
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business
