Job Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Mane Contract Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring supplier quality and development standards align with project targets and timelines. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster productive working relationships and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster productive working relationships and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence at supplier locations to support activities, including trials and production builds.
  • Conduct Supplier/Part Risk Assessments and create mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Report supplier progress to the Purchasing and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Program teams, including updates on open issues, part quality (PPAP) pedigree, and delivery forecasts.
  • Track and ensure PPAP approvals are completed as per the delivery schedule.
  • Oversee the Non-PPAP part concession process to establish a \"Plan for Every Part\" strategy that supports the build phases.
  • Ensure Quality and Capacity Verification meets established targets and deliverables.
  • Lead resolution of major open issues, engaging Supplier Senior Management as needed to ensure swift and effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement improvement strategies with suppliers, ensuring quality, capacity, and delivery.
