Physiotherapy Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient Therapy Services team at KIMS Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including orthopaedic, gynaecological, and medical conditions.
- Manage a caseload of patients and provide leadership and guidance to junior physiotherapists.
- Develop and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Person Specification
- Possess a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and be registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Have a minimum of two years' post-registration experience in an orthopaedic field and inpatient setting.
- Be able to demonstrate continuous professional development and its application in practice.
- Be patient-focused and able to work effectively in a team environment.
