Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient Therapy Services team at KIMS Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including orthopaedic, gynaecological, and medical patients.
  • Manage a caseload of patients and provide advice to healthcare professionals on treatment options and care plans.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
  • Participate in the development and review of service standards and policies to ensure high-quality patient care.

Person Specification

  • Possess a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and be registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Have a minimum of two years' post-registration experience in an orthopaedic field and inpatient setting.
  • Be able to demonstrate continuous professional development and its application in practice.
  • Be patient-focused and able to work effectively in a team environment.
