Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at KIMS Hospital. As an Inpatient Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality inpatient therapy services, ensuring seamless care plans for patients from admission to discharge.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, with flexible hours to accommodate our patients' needs. You will be part of a diverse and dynamic team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients using evidence-based practice and sound clinical reasoning.
- Manage an inpatient caseload of patients with various conditions, including orthopaedic, gynaecological, breast surgery, general surgery, and medical patients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, using your knowledge and skills to improve patient care and develop others.
- Be innovative in your approach to care delivery, ensuring the effective use of resources and maximum utilisation of your skills and knowledge.
- Participate in the development and review of service and professional standards.
- Possess a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree.
- Hold a valid registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Demonstrate post-registration clinical experience of at least two years, specifically in an orthopaedic field and within inpatients.
- Show evidence of continuous professional development and its application in practice.
- Be patient-focused, with a commitment to continuous service improvement and a patient-centred approach.
