We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient Therapy Team at KIMS Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading the development of inpatient therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an inpatient caseload of patients with various medical conditions, including Orthopaedic, Gynaecological, Breast Surgery, General Surgery, and Medical patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure seamless patient transitions from admission to discharge.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree or equivalent.
- Valid registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Post-registration clinical experience in an orthopaedic field.
- Ability to demonstrate continuous professional development and its application in practice.
- Competitive salary, £33,500 to £38,000, in line with Agenda for Change.
