Key Responsibilities- Provide support to adults with multiple needs, including personal care, moving and handling, and assisting with daily living tasks.
- Work as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals with complex needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care and support plans.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience of working in a care and support setting, preferably with adults with multiple needs.
- Ability to work as part of a team and lone working.
- Range of communication skills, including verbal and written.
- Confident in assisting with personal care, moving and handling.
- Compassion and integrity to treat individuals with dignity and respect.
- Adaptable to different abilities and needs.
- Driver desirable but not essential.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.75.
- 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part time), which increases after 3 and 5 years' service.
- Range of fully paid training in support of your skills development, including Positive Behaviour Support and all ongoing refresher training.
