Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic company that is transforming the industry. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Bid on new deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, follow-ups, and client communications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
- High level of communication skills; in person, on the phone, and written.
- Naturally competitive.
- Excited about using new technology to transform an industry.
- Sales or client-facing experience required.
- Experience working with Close (CRM) would be an advantage.
- Sales within the property industry would be an advantage but not required.
