Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Debt Recovery Specialist. As a key member of our enforcement team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our debt recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze agent holdings to identify areas for improvement and optimize debt recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with enforcement agents to allocate and reallocate tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Support the review of upcoming allocations and identify resource requirements to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enforcement agents, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor the Enforcement mailbox and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
- Recognize and report any agent issues to management, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Make regular calls to enforcement agents to identify potential issues and provide support.
- Perform spot checks on cases to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage DVLA enquires on our internal system and run HPI checks on vehicles.
- Utilize tools to trace companies and debtors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as directed by management.
Requirements
- Good general education to GCSE level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office functions, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of enforcement and debt recovery processes.
- Experience with Court Enforcement Services system operation (training provided).
