Culinary Leadership Associate

Eden Hall Day Spa is a luxury retreat in Nottinghamshire, dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Our Culinary Leadership Associate will support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and maintaining high culinary standards.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as company pension contribution, discount on food and drink, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen activities, managing stock levels, and liaising with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include ensuring food hygiene standards, allergen compliance, and food safety management systems are rigorously followed, contributing to menu planning, and maintaining a spotless kitchen environment.
You will train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to meet and exceed culinary standards and address guest requirements with professionalism.
