About the Opportunity

We have vacancies available in our busy kitchens at Center Parcs, offering a unique blend of quality own-brand and high street restaurants and cafés. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service and food quality to our guests.


Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards
  2. Providing general supervision and coaching to junior staff
  3. Assisting with the management of cost of sales

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Natural ability to build relationships with colleagues
