Patient Services Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Services Advisor at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, consultants, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Handle customer enquiries, supplying information about hospital services and treatments, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log enquiries on the Hospital CRM and oversee the customer journey, ensuring all requirements are met effectively.
  • Undertake bookings for customers, adhering to GDPR guidelines and ensuring all interactions are undertaken in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Consultants and Medical Secretaries to provide services for patients, allocating clinic rooms and coordinating bookings.
  • Monitor and manage departmental email inboxes, allocating tasks and ensuring attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and proven experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy, with the ability to manage data and present it in a timely and professional manner.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
