We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Workplace Support Specialist to join our team in Central London. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for building users, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for everyone who utilizes our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with building occupants to enhance their overall satisfaction.
- Conduct daily building inductions for new arrivals, providing clear guidance and information.
- Gather and provide management reports as required, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
- Proactively address all client requests, maintaining open communication channels and delivering prompt solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the building.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for facility management inquiries, effectively resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
- Communicate upcoming activities to clients, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
- Fulfill reasonable requests to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all building users.
About You:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing facility management environment.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions.
- Have practical experience utilizing CAFM systems for efficient data management and reporting.
- Exhibit flexibility and strong problem-solving abilities to handle diverse situations effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when addressing conflict situations.
