Health and Wellness Director

We are looking for a Health and Wellness Director to drive safety and collaboration in our thriving food manufacturing environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our safety culture and inspiring employees to prioritize health and wellness.
You will report to the Head of Health and Safety and work closely with our operations team to implement innovative solutions, engage with staff on the shop floor, and drive meaningful change. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and results-driven professional to make a lasting impact on our organization.
Key duties of the Health and Wellness Director include:
- Being a visible presence on the shop floor, connecting with staff, building trust, and encouraging a proactive approach to safety.
- Inspiring and empowering teams to embrace safety as a shared responsibility, shifting mindsets and embedding best practices.
- Conducting thorough risk assessments, leading daily briefings, and collaborating with staff to review site performance.
- Helping to install a positive safety culture throughout our growing site.
- Creating an environment where safety is a priority, not a box-ticking exercise.
