Job Title: Health and Wellbeing Coordinator

CV Library is seeking a skilled Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in shaping the health and wellbeing of our employees across our food manufacturing sites.

About the Role:

  • Design and deliver engaging health and wellbeing initiatives to promote employee wellness and reduce absenteeism.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement health and wellbeing policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and provide recommendations to improve health and wellbeing practices.
  • Support the development of a positive workplace culture that prioritizes employee health and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Public Health or related field.
  • At least two years' experience in health and wellbeing coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
