CV Library is seeking a skilled Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in shaping the health and wellbeing of our employees across our food manufacturing sites.
About the Role:
- Design and deliver engaging health and wellbeing initiatives to promote employee wellness and reduce absenteeism.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement health and wellbeing policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and provide recommendations to improve health and wellbeing practices.
- Support the development of a positive workplace culture that prioritizes employee health and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Degree in Public Health or related field.
- At least two years' experience in health and wellbeing coordination or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- A salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
