Curaa Group Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Curaa Group, a family-run community-driven care provider with award-winning homes across the South and Southwest of England.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and wellbeing for our residents, working closely with healthcare professionals, relatives, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with external stakeholders, including health and social care professionals, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as necessary.
  • Liaising with the Proprietor to promote the Home and develop relationships with other care providers.
  • Ensuring safe systems of work and promoting a positive, respectful environment for all staff and residents.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A First Level Nurse qualification and current NMC registration.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in care provision, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults Regulations, DBS procedures, and subsequent legislations relevant to Nursing Homes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities, and proven organisational and planning skills.
