SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join our team and support a child with Autism in a vibrant 1-form entry school in Chiswick. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the child's educational and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to the child with Autism, promoting their social and communicative development.
- Collaborate with the class teacher to adapt learning materials and ensure the child's needs are met.
- Monitor the child's progress and provide regular feedback to the class teacher.
- Perform other teaching assistant duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a primary school or with children, preferably as a teaching assistant.
- Previous experience supporting children with special needs/autism is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A passion for working with children.
Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
