Full-time Special Needs Teaching Position

SANZA Teaching Agency is partnering with a caring school in Chiswick to recruit a Full-time Special Needs Teaching Assistant.
The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support for a boy in year 1 with Autism, helping him progress socially and communicatively.
This role involves adapting learning materials and monitoring the child's progress, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Details:
- Provide individualized support for a child with Autism.
- Collaborate with the class teacher to adapt learning materials.
- Monitor the child's progress and provide regular feedback.
- Perform other teaching assistant duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a primary school or with children.
- Experience supporting children with special needs/autism is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion for working with children.
Estimated Salary: £29,000 per annum depending on experience.
