Job Description: Primary SEN Teaching Support Position

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Support Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching Careers. As a SEN Teaching Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with special educational needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, assisting them in their daily activities and lessons.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring that students receive tailored support.
  • Participate in planning and preparing lessons, adapting materials to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Teaching Assistant or SEN Support Assistant in the UK.
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive daily rate of £85, paid weekly.
  • A full-time contract (term time only) with regular hours from 8:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
