Senior Occupational Therapist

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Priory Hospital North London. As a lead/managerial position, you will play a critical role in delivering assessments, groups, and individual sessions across three departments, including a CAMHS unit, acute unit, and Tier 6 OCD service.

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to develop your career and contribute to the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services. You will be responsible for leading a small team to deliver assessments, groups, and individual sessions, as well as supporting with complex private patients on occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of occupational therapists to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Accredited Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary setting
  • Knowledge and understanding of CPAs
  • Ability to deliver ADL assessments
  • A high standard of report writing
  • Team-player attitude
