We are seeking an experienced Employment Programme Manager to lead our team of Employment Advisors in delivering high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) services to learners and job seekers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage a team of Employment Advisors to ensure they provide accurate diagnoses of learners' needs, understand their challenges, career ambitions, strengths and development areas.
- To ensure the team delivers high-quality end-to-end IAG services to customers/learners on our employability programmes in line with contract requirements and the primes' guidance.
- To promote and develop the mindset, emotional intelligence qualities, self-confidence and esteem so that learners/job seekers succeed in the world of work.
