Your primary focus will be on managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the leisure industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth. You will be expected to work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position is £25-30 per hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities

As an Afternoon Shift Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with EPOS systems and Excel for sales tracking
