Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Health to join our team at Career Moves Group I B Corp™. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our health and safety efforts across a private estate with diverse operations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and guests.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce health and safety policies tailored to our operations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement compliance measures
- Provide practical safety solutions for routine and specialized tasks
- Deliver training and advice to staff
- Investigate incidents and introduce preventative measures

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in a senior health and safety position, preferably in a complex operational environment
  • Understanding of UK health & safety regulations
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Team management experience
  • Flexibility and resilience to manage a fast-paced environment

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of up to £85,000 per annum, depending on your experience. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract with 5 days on-site work.
