We are seeking a highly motivated Store Experience Director to lead and manage all aspects of a store, from inventory management and operations to local sales strategy and business planning. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, able to work closely with various departments, drive sales growth, and make a positive impact on the wider business.

This position involves working varied hours, including weekdays and weekends, with occasional late nights and travel to other stores and events required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a counter
  • Drive sales growth and meet company objectives
  • Manage targets, rotas, and weekly reports
  • Organize and participate in in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand, partnering with local businesses
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a team, focusing on training and education
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, inspiring wellbeing and setting high standards for the NEOM Customer Experience
  • Promote community initiatives, fundraising for our partnered charity through in-store events and brand partnerships
  • Lead and champion local community projects, fostering an inclusive environment and providing opportunities for volunteering

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
