Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Practice Development Nurse to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical practice guidelines, providing education and training to nursing staff, and contributing to the development of new nursing policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical practice guidelines to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on clinical practice and policy developments
  • Contribute to the development of new nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical practice guidelines and policies

Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse Level 1 or Level 15
