Global Sales Enablement Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to coordinate and support our global sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales enablement/training, ideally in the Fintech space.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program, including tools, processes, and programs.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and roll out targeted programs.
- Develop and launch sales enablement programs in collaboration with Product Management and Product Marketing.
- Ensure skills, knowledge, and sales readiness of the sales organization.
- Craft and run sales enablement tools and enablement materials that support the sales force in their revenue-generating efforts.
- Proven work experience in sales enablement/training, ideally in the Fintech space.
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
- An ability to manage the full training cycle.
- Experience with learning management software.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of sales process, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- BSc degree.
- Additional certification in training is a plus.
