Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for sales enablement and training? Do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We're looking for a talented Sales Enablement Manager to join our global sales team at Sidetrade, a leading SaaS provider in the fintech space.

About the Role

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement program that empowers our sales team to succeed. Your duties will include scheduling and overseeing training programs, identifying knowledge and skills gaps, and ensuring new employees receive proper training to meet their responsibilities.

You will partner with Sales Leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted programs to address them. Your expertise in learning principles and modern training techniques will be invaluable in creating engaging and effective training content.

Requirements
  • Proven work experience in sales enablement/training, preferably in the fintech space.
  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle.
  • Experience with learning management software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills.
  • BSc degree.
  • Additional certification in training is a plus.
