Youth Care Support Specialist

Working Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern (including sleep nights). Our service operates year-round due to the nature of our work, with rotas provided in advance.
Key Qualifications for a Youth Care Support Specialist:A valid UK driving licenceApplicants must possess full right to work in the UK without restrictionsAlignment with Esland's values, emphasizing a therapeutic, person-centred approach to youth careApplicants must be at least 21 years old due to industry regulationsPrior experience in childcare or support roles is beneficial but not mandatoryAt Esland, we are committed to transforming the lives of children by delivering exceptional specialist services. Our facilities range from solo accommodations to three-bedded homes, offering crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic support. Our young residents receive top-notch care and assistance with their educational and emotional needs while engaging in their preferred hobbies and interests.
Employment is contingent upon satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work verification, and reference checks in accordance with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the associated costs).
