We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Visitor to join our team at Unity Healthcare in Guildford, where you will play a vital role in leading the Healthy Child Programme (0-5) and ensuring every child has the best possible start in life.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with families, children, and other healthcare professionals to promote health, wellbeing, and social care services. You will be fundamental in providing exceptional care to our community, addressing health inequalities, and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will have a deep understanding of the needs of diverse populations and be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Healthy Child Programme (0-5) and develop strategies to improve health outcomes for children and families
- Work closely with families, children, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support and guidance
- Develop and implement effective interventions to address health inequalities and promote social justice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
