As a Marine Project Director, you will be responsible for managing high-profile marine development projects across various sectors such as offshore wind, interconnectors, subsea cables, ports and harbours, and coastal developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary environmental inputs across marine projects
  • Manage the preparation of EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments, and supporting documents
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to improve environmental outcomes
  • Develop business development opportunities and innovate project delivery methods

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse marine projects, contribute to the growth of AECOM's portfolio, and develop your skills in project management, leadership, and innovation. You will have the flexibility to work from one of AECOM's UK offices or remotely.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes in the UK and Ireland
  • Project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management
  • Commitment to innovation and continuing professional development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

AECOM offers a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and hybrid work options.
