Childcare Support Worker

At Focus Foster Care Careers, we are seeking a qualified Foster Carer to join our team in the West and East Midlands regions. As a Foster Carer, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in your own home on either a short- or long-term basis.
This role requires you to work closely with a wider team of professionals to fulfill care plans for children. You will also be responsible for transporting children to nursery or school, building relationships with teachers and key staff, and supporting them to spend time with their birth family members. Additionally, you will promote their activities and interests.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with children and young people, whether on a personal or professional basis. Relevant professions include teaching, nursing, support worker, and carer.
We are committed to finding individuals and families who reflect the diverse communities in which we live. The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
