Job Title: Drainage Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Drainage Engineering Manager to lead our team in Poole. As a key member of our Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality drainage designs and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of detailed drainage designs for residential and commercial developments.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our designs and solutions are innovative and effective.
