Job Title: Drainage Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Drainage Engineering Manager to lead our team in Poole. As a key member of our Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality drainage designs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of detailed drainage designs for residential and commercial developments.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our designs and projects meet the latest standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Strong academic background in Civil or Environmental Engineering, including a BSc and MSc.
  • Chartered status or working towards it.
  • Experience working in a consultancy environment, delivering drainage designs and projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microdrainage, Hec-Ras, and FEH.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
