Drainage Engineering Manager

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Drainage Engineering Manager to lead their team in Poole.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Engineering, including a BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering, and be working towards chartered status.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of engineers on Highway, Drainage, and Residential Infrastructure Projects.
- Designing detailed Drainage and Highway schemes for Residential Developments and Housing Developers.
- Creating Sewer and SuDS designs using Microdrainage.
- Conducting Flood Risk Assessments.
- Preparing reports and presentations.
- Mentoring team members.
- Liaising with clients, developers, and business associates.
