Job Title: Software Training Specialist for Social Housing Applications

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team at Informed Recruitment. As a specialist provider of resource to the Property & Associated Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a social enterprise offering you the opportunity to make a difference following a large-scale transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist services in delivering training on their line of business applications by carrying out training needs analysis
- Create and document courses
- Deliver user training
- Design and expand a training and development programme based on the needs of the organisation
- Identify Training Needs Analysis
- Author, develop and create effective and bespoke training programmes for users
- Produce training materials for in-house courses
- Create and deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
- Amend and revise programmes as necessary
- Conduct training analysis and lessons learned reporting

Requirements:
- Experience delivering software training on Social Housing centric applications
- Ability to work in a hybrid role split 50/50 between home and a London office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
