This full-time position at Sessile Court involves leading a motivated team to deliver high-quality, personalized support in a supported housing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individualized support packages for customers.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer progress and outcomes.
  • Participating in on-call duties approximately once every two months.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in an operational management capacity in health and social care.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  3. An understanding of the importance of promoting independence and autonomy in supported living settings.
  4. Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations.

Benefits:

  • An estimated salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
