Executive Support Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to provide administrative support to our Chief Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, arranging meetings, and providing secretarial support.
About the Role:
This is a home-based role with regular travel to our London office and other locations as required. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive, including managing their diary and arranging meetings.
- Proactively manage conflicts and ensure the CEO is adequately prepared for meetings.
- Act as a first point of contact for the office of the CEO, responding to emails and calls.
- Support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on designated projects, conducting research and preparatory work.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of delivering administrative support and diary management.
- Good computer skills with the ability to use MS Office effectively.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Robust organisational skills, able to manage time effectively and deal with conflicting priorities.
