**About the Role**

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our UK & Africa operations forward. As a dynamic and results-oriented Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of over 70 talented employees and defining strategic priorities to drive company growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of over 70 talented employees.
  • Define and execute strategic priorities to drive company growth.
  • Align the company's direction with Cegal's overall strategy.
  • Ensure financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Grow revenue and profitability with new and existing customers in the region.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Develop and implement talent and people strategies to support company growth objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.

**Requirements**

  • Proven leadership experience in the technology sector, specifically within the energy industry.
  • Skilled in go-to-market planning and closing deals.
  • Demonstrates positive leadership, collaboration, and people skills.
  • Accountable for your results.
  • Well-connected within the oil and gas sector, with a robust network of industry contacts.
  • Familiar with the latest trends and technology requirements in the energy domain.
