Curriculum Development Lead

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving forward the quality of education provision, ensuring that prisoners have access to opportunities that equip them with essential skills for a successful reintegration into society.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and review educational programs: Create and refine curricula, resources, and teaching strategies to meet the needs of our learners.
- Lead and manage teams: Oversee the day-to-day management of staff and physical resources, ensuring effective deployment and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness: Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted support.
- Stay current with industry trends: Stay up-to-date with subject area advancements, teaching practices, and methodologies, providing training to staff.
- Teach and support learners: Deliver English and maths to Level 2, including embedded English and maths, and provide guidance and support as needed.
