Job Summary
Sodexo, a global leader in education services, seeks a skilled educator to lead its curriculum development efforts in women's prisons. The Curriculum Development Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging educational programs that foster prisoner rehabilitation and reintegration.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver high-quality educational content, including lesson plans, resources, and assessments, to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and methods.
• Analyze performance data to inform program improvement and identify areas for growth.
• Provide training and support to staff on best practices in education and teaching methodologies.

Requirements
A successful candidate will possess a full teaching qualification, including QTLS, and a recognised Level 4 qualification in basic/functional skills English or maths. Experience teaching in a prison environment or working with disadvantaged groups is highly valued. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for education are essential qualities.

What We Offer
Sodexo offers a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including access to a retirement plan, online shopping discounts, and a confidential employee assistance programme.
