Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team at the National Skills Agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to lead the development and implementation of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short-term planning to ensure coverage, progression, and sequence of learning experiences across the curriculum.
  • Take overall responsibility for the pastoral care of children in your class, ensuring their well-being and academic success.
  • Coordinate and oversee educational visits for your class, including risk assessments and evaluations.
  • Create a well-managed, secure, and happy classroom environment that maximizes opportunities for children to learn and grow.
Requirements
  • QTS and NQT/ECT Induction completion or equivalent teacher training currently leading to full QTS and subsequently NQT/ECT Induction (essential).
  • At least a good first degree in a core subject (essential).
  • A range of experience in delivering the primary curriculum or a secondary subject area to children with SEMH (essential).

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
