Job Title: Strategic Partner Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Development Manager to drive revenue growth within our high-potential existing partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a credible revenue execution plan for larger corporate partners with significant customer bases in the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new revenue streams from within a number of large corporate organisations.
  • Establish appropriate cadences with key stakeholders and bring in executives to support the development and roll-out of win-win revenue plays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute repeatable new revenue streams.
  • Ensure partners are fully equipped with enough detail to best represent us within their service offerings to their customers.
  • Identify and prioritise engagement aligned to our international strategy.
  • Negotiate and implement new agreements, understanding commercial models of CyberSmart and the end customer.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in partner account management, business development, or a related field, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in contract negotiation, and adept at project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or IT security are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
