We are currently looking for a talented Academy Learning Advisor to join our Norfolk-based team. As a key advisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning culture of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- You will advise and coach managers and colleagues on integrated L&D practices aligned to our values and culture.
- Working closely with leaders, you will develop operating models, structures, and frameworks to enhance performance and effectiveness.
- You will support the design and delivery of learning interventions, including onboarding and induction processes, and manager capability programmes.
- Promoting EDI and wellbeing approaches, you will integrate these into wider learning initiatives.
