Black Fox Solutions is a leading building and construction contracting company that offers a range of services. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional results for our clients, and we are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team.
Job Overview
The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative duties, email, and telephone enquires. The role will also involve scheduling diary appointments, managing contracts, coordinating contractors, and supporting maintenance teams.
Responsibilities
• Manage email and telephone enquiries
• Schedule diary appointments and maintain a calendar of important events
• Oversee the management of contracts and coordinate with contractors as needed
• Provide administrative support to the maintenance teams
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Previous experience in a similar administration role
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
About You

Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is £22-24k per annum, depending on experience.
