Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer

At Daniel Owen Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.

About the Role

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, resolving complaints in a professional and efficient manner, and ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team
  • Liaise with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner
  • Swiftly resolve and advise residents on complaints received
  • Log all complaints in accordance with our policy and procedures
  • Ensure agreed targets are delivered within your service area
Requirements

We are looking for a well-organised individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate at all levels. You will also need to be IT literate and have the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.09 per hour and a temporary contract. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual, we would love to hear from you.
