Job Description:

  • Design and deliver engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure all regulatory requirements are met and company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Build relationships with local charities and community organizations to facilitate volunteering opportunities within the home.

Requirements:

  • NVQ HSC level 2 or QCF HSC award 2 qualification.
  • Experience working with older adults, including those living with dementia.
  • Excellent communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
